When we talk about marketing products we should know that:
8 in 10 consumers own between one and 10 marketed or promotional products.
53% of these people use a marketed or promotional product at least once a week.
6 in 10 of them keep marketed or promotional products for up to two years.
Only 1 in 5 people will trash an unwanted marketed or promotional product (source:helpscout)
And when we talk about marketing services we talk about:
93% of customers are likely to make repeat purchases with companies that offer excellent customer service
The service sector, also known as the tertiary sector, is the third tier in the three-sector economy
financial, real estate, and professional services in India accounted for about 21 percent in the financial year 2022. Trade, hotels, transport, and communication made up nearly 17 percent of the total 53 percent service trade that year. (source: Statista)
so as we can see somewhere here and there the products and services are used together to enhance the consumer experience for example: a barber uses scissors (product) to cut his customer's hair (which is a service). as many times products and services are performed together is there difference while marketing product and marketing services? well we will get to know this through our blog because the topic of our blog is: " There is a lot of difference when it comes to marketing products and marketing
